Shipping Policy

 We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and aboard.  Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Cost: Domestic shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.

  • $7.99-$9.99 for heavier items

 

International Delivery Transit Time: 

All items are received within 7-10 business days of your order date.

All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

All Deliveries

Return to Sender: Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped.  If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.99 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.

Shipping Disclaimer: All Dem' Shades is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office.  Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
